As any spirit or cocktail, the Ice Spheres are the epitome of refinement, designed to hold the most dignified presence in any glass. Spheres of ice possess lower surface area to volume ratio even more than our cubes. Less surface area means that the sphere will melt slower, rests the surface and loaded with ice that keeps the drink colder than the perfect temperature of water needed to be mingled with. The drink evolves in the glass from the first sip to the last.
